This site is run by Dean Leak. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

The free resources

The guides, templates and newsletter on this site are provided free, for your own personal and internal professional use. You’re welcome to use them inside your own team and organisation.

You may not resell them, repackage them as your own, or distribute them commercially without my written permission. If you’d like to use them in paid training you deliver, just ask. The answer is often yes.

No guarantee of outcome

The content on this site is general guidance drawn from my experience. It isn’t tailored advice for your specific situation, and it isn’t a substitute for professional legal, financial, HR or medical advice. Nothing here is therapy or clinical mental health treatment. You’re responsible for decisions you make off the back of it.

Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, text and images on this site are mine or used with permission, and remain my property. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link back is fine and welcome.

Bookings

Enquiries made through this site are not a confirmed booking. Speaking, workshop and coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering fees, dates, cancellation and expenses.
